Leslie Ann Milne
Dip. Counselling MBACP (Registered) & Supervisor
I offer a bespoke counselling service, face to face, in a secure, safe, discreet and welcoming environment. My service is tailor-made to meet each individual's needs. I am an integrative counsellor which enables me to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches and methods.

I believe that the pages of a healthy life have special meaning and constitute an evolving life story with chapters containing the human precepts of integrity, compassion and wholeness.

I offer a safe refuge where individuals are encouraged to identify and connect with their inner self, those whom they care for and their environment.

My approach is collaborative, confidential and empathetic. You will find me to be supportive, non-judgemental and comfortable to be with. By working collaboratively, I aim to assist you in gaining a new perspective and a greater sense of self awareness. Whilst this change takes place, it becomes possible to explore options which may enable you to make the changes you desire, to move forward.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
