I offer in-person clinical supervision (on site) for secondary school teachers. Each one to one session lasts 50 minutes and can include brainstorming, off-loading, safe-guarding and ensuring your mental wellbeing is a priority. This helps prevent burnout, stress-related absence and staff leaving the profession through stress-related illness, secondary trauma and/or feeling undervalued.

I also offer counselling for secondary school students (on site). Each one to one session lasts 50 minutes and they are structured to ensure the student isn't absent from the same class each week. This provides vulnerable children with access to at least one emotionally-available adult who relates to them with compassion, empathy and unconditional positive regard.

Low income/Student?
I offer low cost therapy at the cost of £35 for 50 minutes for students or those on a low income.
Please note, I have limited availability for concessions and at times there is a waiting list.
How do you pay?
Cash payable at the session or bank transfer and Paypal are available to be paid prior to the session.
Cancellation Policy
You will be required to pay the full cost of the session if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me with at least 24 hours notice.

One to one counselling in which we work from the inside-out, tackling past and current issues that affect your state of mind and wellbeing and providing you with the tools to move forward.

Couples Counselling
Both members of the couple will be in the room at the same time with me and must both be there willingly. Couples counselling is a great way to get an unbiased look at your relationship to help you see things rationally and provide you both with the tools to better listen and understand each other.

I offer a humanistic and integrative supervisory approach within BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
For students, reports incur no additional cost to the session fee.
